The luxury condos at Las Perlas are right on the ocean, giving every unit a spectacular view of the Pacific. An oceanfront infinity-edge pool and convenient restaurant, both with complimentary WiFi, are highlights of the long list of amenities and activities available. Floor plans range from one to two bedrooms, with fiber-optic internet access throughout. In addition to the bedrooms, each condo is also equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa, so there are options for families and groups of all sizes.

Las Perlas Oceanfront Condominiums

Gracing the corners of each floor in Las Perlas are the largest units, the Granada. With elegantly spacious rooms and amazing views, these two bedroom units are both grand and comfortable. They view the ocean and the Infinity-Edge Pool and are close to the Poolside Restaurant. All Granada Plans are similarly decorated – slight variations in furniture color, wall color and/or wall decorations. There are a total of five Granada plans.
