I have been associated with Cathy since early spring of 2009 when I changed property management firms. Over the past couple of years I have found her to be consistently pleasant and humorous and always quick to respond to any inquiries I have. She is extremely conscientious and thorough, going far beyond the norm in her desire to satisfy both her owners and renters, to provide exceptional property management. Her assistants are competent and reflect her dedication to a high standard of service.

Besides being a joy to work with, Cathy is a true "take-charge" person. She assisted me with an issue involving the Woodhaven HOA. Actually, she "spearheaded" the drive towards a resolution that would be mutually acceptable to the HOA and me, The issue took several months to resolve and, though the issue was not her problem, she continued to offer solutions, talk with various entities and play "mediator" between the HOA and me, never giving up until the issue was resolved. Needless to say, Cathy proved unafraid to involve herself 100% in issues other beyond the management of a property!

On a personal note, Cathy and I have developed a friendship deeply seated in our mutual faith in God. There is no doubt in my mind that this friendship will continue.

I highly recommend Cathy as a property manager who far exceeds normal expectations but more importantly, she is a good person, one that anyone would be blessed to know.

Our wonderful vacation at Woodhaven Country Club, in February and March 2011, was largely due to our association with Cathy Dubowski, Owner/Realtor/ and Property Manager of Meritage Realty. Our experience with Meritage, specifically you Cathy, has been outstanding! You delivered not only truthful but expedient service and we would certainly choose to do business with Meritage again. Not meaning to ignore the Palm Desert side of Meritage, the instructions that were given before arrival were as easy and accurate as can be which made arrival a smooth experience, especially after a three day journey and arrival at 4:30 which was already dark. My husband and I rented a condo through Meritage Realty at Woodhaven Country Club for February and March of 2012. We were very pleased with the condition of the unit and how well equipped it was with dishes, linens, appliances, TVs, Internet, free phone and everything we needed to feel at home for those two months.

My wife and I having spent partial winters in Florida and Arizona decided Palm Desert was next. Seeing an ad in CARP for a condo rental we decided to take the plunge and sent Cathy an email. We promptly got a reply and started a dialogue. Each question was answered quickly and with with great passion so we moved to the next phase a phone call. Again this was done quite quickly and our further questions were answered in great comfort and detail. Next phase was the contract. Having gone through this phase the previous year in Arizona, Cathy's contract was of no surprise and there were no issues. That signed, and a deposit sent now was the waiting period. Once again Cathy supplied any and all answers to our multitude of questions, all trying to enhance our vacation stay.

Once the final cheque was delivered we received final condo entry instructions, in great detail. When we arrived everything worked out beyond our expectations. The condo was clean, identical to the internet pictures, and a visit from Carole (Cathy's on site person) soon after we arrived. Fresh flowers and further questions answered we started an excellent vacation.
On the second day we encountered frequent and intermittent internet and phone issues. Although it took a week to resolve, we were in constant contact with Carole, and she took increasing action with Time Warner and the problem was resolved to everyone's satisfaction. This was extremely important to us and we were pleased with the entire outcome. We had some very minor issues after that, which Carole again resolved all within 24 hours without any inconvenience to us and our stay.

We just wanted to endorse Cathy, Carole and Meritage Reality on a job well done. In addition the condo development was superb. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly, making it a true home away from home. The only negative, we could only stay for one month.
