RESERVATION/SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT

• $500.00 required for booking (longer bookings may require a larger deposit)
• Preferred method of payment for deposit is by credit card
• Credit Cards Accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Discover
• An invoice will be sent to you, via PayPal, from Meritage Realty once you have decided you want to book one of our vacation rentals
• You do not need to be a member of PayPal to make this $500.00 payment
• You enter your credit card information and click submit
• Meritage Realty will be notified that you have paid your deposit

Deposit converts to a security/damage deposit. Deposit is "not" applied toward rent; however, it is refundable within 14 days of your final departure, provided the conditions that are listed in the Contract Addendum are met.


RENTAL PAYMENTS

• 1/2 of your total rental amount is due 60 days prior to your vacation stay
• Final payment and a $150, non-refundable, Departure Cleaning Fee is due 30 days prior to your vacation stay
• Payments are to be made via cashiers cheque or personal check in US Dollars
